Policy and Process creation - Document appropriate Financial Management policies and processes.
Requirements Management
Functional and Non Functional Requirements - Identify and document requirements that can then be used to aid solution design and / or be used as part of a request for tender pack 
Requirement to acceptance criteria mapping - Develop acceptance criteria mapped to requirements to ensure full requirements testing and acceptance can be achieved.
Requirements Management - Manage the overall requirements process from identification through to solution delivery, testing and sell off of requirements ensuring nothing is missed and the end product is fit for purpose.

ISO20000 Implementation Support - Provide advice and guidance on implementing ISO20000 within your organisation
ISO20000 Readiness Assessment - Conduct internal assessments to identify whether your organisation is ready to implement ISO20000
Policy and Process Creation - Review / Update / Create and document appropriate policies and processes to align with ISO20000.
